7th International Donor Registry Conference and Working Group Meeting
16 to 19 april 2008 in Bern / Switzerland
Short summary
The 2008 WMDA meeting in Bern / Switzerland will give Swiss Blood stem cells the opportunity to suitably celebrate the 20th anniversary of the founding of the Swiss registry together with its partners from other countries and their representatives.

Bern lies at the centre of Switzerland and in the heart of Europe. The Swiss capital is convenient to reach by car and train or by air via airports of Bern-Belp, Zurich, Geneva or Basel-Mulhouse.

The hotel & conference centre Kursaal Bern offers excellent facilities and is located only 500 meters from the heart of Bern’s Old Town. Bern’s unique townscape, designated a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1983, reflects the cosmopolitan charm of this city. There is usually no problem to find suitable accommodation in Bern.

Another big advantage of Bern: The majority of attractions and excursion destinations can be reached in half-day or full-day excursions.
